The Future of Business Continuity and Resilience 2021

Since early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has sent shockwaves through the Business Continuity and Resilience industry. Last year’s report was set against an expected return to the office in September 2020. A year later, with the benefit of hindsight, we look again at what the future will look like.
