Workplace Resilience - Post Pandemic

London — 10th September 2020 – Fortress Availability Services completed a global survey of Business Continuity and Resilience experts to understand the changes in their strategies and processes in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. A key part of this was how Workplace Resilience has changed. FortressAS produced an e-guide and a Webinar to explain those changes.

The workplace has been one of the areas of life most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result, the way that we look at workplace resilience has also been dramatically affected.

The level of interest in our recent webinar on the subject, as part of BCI Education Month, shows that is clearly a very current topic and for many I speak to one that will be under review in the final months of 2020.

The FortressAS eGuide is drawn in part from the global report, the Future of Business Continuity, that the BCI and FortressAS published early in September 2020. The report contributors are drawn from all regions of the world and all sectors.

This guide reviews the data from that report, relating to workplace resilience, but also adds direct feedback and input from experts in the field, with a focus on Financial Services and Law firms in the City of London.

You can see a link to this wider report on the home page of our website. A link to the Workplace Resilience e-Guide and the recording of the webinar are shown at the bottom of this page.
